The first episode of Locked On Yankees is here, and because the team it’s about has been so busy, it is a jam-packed premiere. Like, ordinarily, you’d think a new bench coach for a team that finished one win from the American League pennant would be a topic to explore in depth, but here it just gets shoehorned in that Josh Bard will be Aaron Boone’s right-hand man, because, well, Aaron Boone himself is new here.
Boone is new. Giancarlo Stanton is new. This whole show is new!
Give it a listen, share it with your friends, and pop on over to @LockedOnYankees on Twitter to say how much you loved it, which is hopefully lots. For longer screeds, or to submit mailbag questions, hit up [email protected] or just tweet them. You know how the Internet and podcasts work, and at this point, you’re probably just looking for where the episode is already. Well, guess what, it’s right here!
Episode 2 will be Wednesday unless the Yankees trade for Jose Altuve. Hey, they’ve got an opening at second base now, right?
